I was anxious at first, bit your caring staff reassured me quickly, took copious notes on special feeding, etc. and I left my darlings with you. Yes, I missed them and they were very happy to see me when I returned. Your staff LOVED my kitties and bragged about both, petting and talking with them before I took them back. The cats were clean and well cared for, but the two selling points about your cat B&B that stand out for me were the clean (and clean smelling) facilities, and the professional and friendly staff." "This was our first experience boarding a pet, so I was pretty nervous about it. The staff was very sweet and professional and made me confident that Emerald would be well cared for. We returned a day early to pick Emerald up and found her out of her pen being allowed to play, while still well supervised. We were pleased that she was allowed this freedom and hadn't spent her whole stay in a pen. Emerald is a shy cat, but she seemed reasonably calm and we felt she had a good stay. The staff gave us great feedback on Emerald's stay and it was clear they had spent the time to get to know her. Upon the recommendation of my son, whose cats are patients of your affiliated veterinary clinic, I made the decision to board my dear 9-year-old cat, "Riches" with you for what ultimately became two weeks. Despite my son's rave reviews of your services, I was nervous, skeptical, guilt-ridden...all the things we cat owners are when, on those rare occasions, we entrust the care of those dear "rulers" of our families to you!
My hesitations were all unfounded! From my first encounter with your B&B, which was over the internet, I had all questions answered, all concerns put to rest and I was comfortable, though, of course, not totally at peace, when Riches and I arrived at this new "hotel". You welcomed him with competence and sensitivity and responded to my telephone calls with details about his behavior during his stay. When I came to retrieve him, he cuddled in the arms of one of your staffers (Melissa) and only reluctantly returned to his mom (me!). Sharon gave me comprehensive reports with a friendliness and both feline and human understanding that made me want to not only leave Riches there for longer, but perhaps move into one of the cages myself!
